Monthly Health Topics
We will be doing monthly topics that focus on different health related issues. Monday we will be posting a video to our Facebook page detailing what we are focusing on that week. Wednesday we will post images related to the topic. Lastly on Friday we will write up a summary of what we talked about that week.
